Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not be intentionally damaged
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns that show excessive use or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Items returned without proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item was defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Yuja Korean Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages.

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Because skincare products may react differently depending on individual skin types, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Yuja Korean Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
