United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 710 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Yuja Korean Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Yuja Korean Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Contacting neighbors or building management
  • Reaching out directly to the shipping carrier

We will do our best to assist you with carrier claims when possible.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Additional carrier fees

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
